We implemented the "We Care Initiative" to help team members connect with community members through acts of volunteerism. This allows our team to assist non-profit organizations with services that overlap with public health objectives.

Through the "We Care Initiative," GCHD has completed the following:

​

• Collected food for our local food alliance 

• Bought Christmas gifts for a local nursing home

​

Through the "We Care Initiative", GCHD continues to do the following:

• Provide basic hygiene products (tampons, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) to those in need

• Volunteer at the local food alliance

• ...and More
